This is the homepage of the Kestner research group at UMBC. Our group performs theoretical research on quantum computing, condensed matter, and nanoscale physics. Our particular emphasis is on quantum control and dynamics in nanoscale devices, with applications to the cutting edge of current experiments with solid state devices.
